Newly remodelled room, clean and fantastic place, hospitable staff. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Delicious buffet breakfast provided with local food and cheeses and baked goods. Fantastic and wonderful location comfortable to get in by taxi, historic style building. Just perfect experience there.

Everything is very good here, had a just perfect stay on holidays. Its location is stunning just next door to the restaurants and shopping, all the major sights and centre of the city which is pleasant. The place to order dinner at a short distance from the hotel is Bulghourji.

we loved that the hotel is literally steps away from the Western Wall, making it super easy to explore the Old City, and the beautiful parks nearby provided perfect spots for a leisurely stroll between visits to landmarks like the Tower of David and the Church of All Nations.

    serene location
    fresh breakfast
    unfriendly staff
    lukewarm shower
    communication issues

The location offers a serene escape amidst the bustling city, with clean, modestly decorated public spaces. Enjoying fresh, local food at breakfast provided a nice start to the day. Front desk staff were unfriendly, and the lukewarm shower was a letdown, compounded by communication issues regarding room availability on arrival.

historic building, really good location, large rooms

How about addressing the leaking shower? A good scrub of the bathroom wouldn't hurt either!!! Those translucent doors make sleeping at night impossible!!! A review of the food service would help improve quality.

The deluxe room felt like a castle retreat, with a surprisingly comfortable bed. The staff could improve but the amazing location and fantastic breakfast made up for it.

    historic charm
    breakfast variety
    dated amenities

great location but a few minor inconveniences

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The breakfast offered a wonderful spread, and the spicy omelette prepared by the chef was fantastic.

The room could benefit from more modern amenities.

Just a nice choice for a city trip in Jerusalem with fantastic value for money. The food was very good and plentiful. If you're looking for a quiet place, ask for a room away from the emergency exit.
